How does the virtual screen work?

How do I book a class/become a member?

Step 1 
– Do a virtual tour of the studio.

Step 2 
– Then download our app and sign up as member.
Download on App Store
Download on Google Play Store

Step 3 
– Once you are a member click โ€˜BOOK A BEDโ€™ in our app, pick your session and class date & time.

Step 4 
– Arrive for your class, open your app and click โ€˜CHECK INโ€™. Come in pick any available bed and pick your class of choice.

No problem at all, you would still have access to the studio. Please just pick a shorter class time so you can be out of there by the end of your time slot booked.

We have a strict no tailgating policy. If your friend tailgates you then you will be charged a $50 flat fee to your member account & may result in suspension of your membership. If your friend is a member and it happens by accident, please text or call us on 0449971769

What happens if my screen isn’t working?

Best thing to do if it was outside of staffed hours would be reset the machine by holding down the button on the back of the screen bottom right & then click restart.

Thatโ€™s no problem at all. All slot times are 45 minutes just to make it easier for the booking system, but if for example you only wanted to do a 15 minute class youโ€™re more than welcome to choose that class. Please just make sure youโ€™re finished on your reformer bed within your allocated time period ready for the person who is booked after you.

Simply open up your member app, if you are not logged in already, please login. In the top centre there will be a check-in button. Please click this and as long as youโ€™re within 1.2 m from the reader (located to the left of the door frame) you will hear the door click open, then push to enter.

We have a strict 24 hour notification period before your class time.

We have a strict 24 hour before notification if you’re unable to attend your class. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, unfortunately you lose that class.

We recommend starting with the beginner classes to work your way up and start exploring from there.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is straight parking out the front until 3 pm, there is also parking across the road & a parking station directly opposite the BP. Please remember to read all parking signs for instruction.

 

You must be 18 years old to join a 24/7 facility.

If you forget your headphones and the studio is not busy, you may listen to the class out loud but please just be mindful of members around you, we also stock headphones in the vending machine at the back for your convenience to purchase.

We have a security board at the back left of the studio in case of any emergency. Please head to the security board and follow instruction.

You can book your classes up to 5 weeks in advance.

Unfortunately, you must book on your member app before arriving and doing a class, as there may be another member that has booked that timeslot.
